Picture day!

We had our first family shoot at the park a few weeks ago. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and mostly cooperative kids. :) Very thankful to have such a talented friend.

A little behind...

Sydney Ryan made her appearance on Sunday, October 24th, 2009. She was born just after Nana Dee's birthday at 1:22 a.m. and weighed in at 8 lbs 9.6 oz. and was 20 3/4 in. long. I think her cone head added a little height. ;) Things have been chaotic around the Kelley household but we wouldn't trade it for the world!!

Addison is adjusting to having a little sister around and is a very big help to me. Sydney is 6 weeks old now and is holding her head up and smiling. Once I get in to a groove, I'll be better at updating the blog and posting pictures.

37 weeks

I had a brief scare last week. I started having painful contractions and cramping and went in to labor & delivery for observation. I thought for sure this baby was trying to compete with her big sister and come earlier. Thankfully after a long night, they subsided.

I had my 37 week appointment today. Rather boring, actually. Still dilated to 3 cm and 70-80% effaced. I had Addison 3 days after my 37 week appointment so you just never know! I'm getting anxious to meet the new addition to our family. The ability to get up with ease, roll over in bed, and breathe comfortably are just added bonuses. :P I've been contracting and crampy for about a week now so at least things are moving along...
